We have grown from a small job-shop producer of low volume custom rubber products for the aerospace and electronics industries into a multifaceted production molding facility with particular emphasis on LIQUID SILICONE INJECTION MOLDING. Our services include the Compression and Transfer molding of high performance elastomers such as SILICONE, VITON™, and FLUOROSILICONE, Nitrile, Neoprene, and Ethylene Propylene. We manufacture production quantities ranging from small prototype runs to production in the millions.

To meet the stringent quality requirements of the Medical, Aerospace & Food Grade Products industries, KDL has a certified Class 10,000 Clean-room that was built for the sole purpose of producing and assembling rubber products in a clean room environment for some of the leading medical companies in the world such as Baxter Healthcare, Becton Dickenson, and others. In addition, KDL has attained ISO-9001:2008 and AS-9100 quality certification in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
