KDL PRECISION
MOLDING CORP., a high quality producer of custom molded
Silicone rubber products, was incorporated January 1, 1989 by David
R. Wyckoff and Lee Brown. The two owners combine more than 60 years
of experience in the molded rubber industry.
In the years since KDL started, we have grown from a small job-shop
producer of low volume custom rubber products for the aerospace and
electronics industries into a multifaceted production molding facility
with particular emphasis on Liquid
Silicone Injection
Molding. Our
services also include the Compression and Transfer molding of high
performance elastomers such as Silicone, Viton™, and Fluorosilicone,
Nitrile, Neoprene,
and Ethylene Propylene.
We manufacture production quantities ranging from small proto-type
runs to production in the millions.
To meet the
stringent quality requirements of the Medical,
Aerospace & Food
Grade Products industries,
KDL made several major business decisions. In 1995, a certified
Class 10,000 Clean-room was built for the sole
purpose of producing and assembling rubber products in a clean room
environment for some of the leading medical companies in the world
such as Baxter Healthcare, Becton Dickenson, and others. In addition,
KDL attained an ISO-9002 quality certification and has recently
converted it to the new ISO-9001:2000 system in order to ensure
customer satisfaction.

service it gives its customers both before and after

KDL Precision has recently added a new partner, Ben Bensal. Ben brings
